1. Make the Dough

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Shape & Bake

3. Glaze & Drizzle

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice to create a glaze. Add yellow food coloring if desired.

Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

Once cookies are cool, drizzle with white chocolate, followed by the lemon glaze for a gorgeous two-tone finish.
