Perfect as a side dish or even a main course when paired with grilled chicken, shrimp, or veggies!

🛒 You Will Need:

  • 1 (14-ounce) package yakisoba noodles (or any stir-fry noodles)

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, for umami boost)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Chopped scallions & sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

🔥 Instructions

✅ Step 1: Prepare the Noodles

  • If using pre-cooked yakisoba noodles, gently loosen them under warm water.

  • If using dry noodles, cook according to package instructions and drain well.

✅ Step 2: Stir-Fry

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the unsalted butter and let it melt completely.

  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).

  4. Add the noodles and toss to coat in the garlic-butter mixture.

  5. Pour in the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and oyster sauce (if using). Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are well coated and slightly caramelized.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

✅ Step 3: Garnish & Serve

  • Remove from heat.

  • Top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

💡 Tips for Perfect Hibachi Noodles:

  • Use high heat to get that slightly smoky hibachi flavor.

  • Don’t skip the butter – it gives that signature rich taste.

  • Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or veggies to turn this into a complete meal.

  • Want it spicier? Add a dash of chili sauce or sriracha!
