Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (about 3 ½ cups) powdered sugar

  • 1 ½ cups smooth peanut butter

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Mix until a smooth, thick dough forms.

  2. Shape the eggs: Using your hands, shape the mixture into small egg-like ovals.

  3. Chill: Place the eggs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
