🥢 Chicken Teriyaki Noodles Recipe

These Chicken Teriyaki Noodles are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and satisfying. Packed with juicy chicken, fresh veggies, and slurp-worthy noodles in a rich teriyaki glaze — this dish will quickly become a weekly favorite! 🍜


Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cubed)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 cups cooked noodles (Ramen or Lo Mein)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 green onions (sliced)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare Teriyaki Sauce:

    • Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

    • Heat in a pan until simmering, then stir in the cornstarch slurry until thickened.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat oil in a skillet. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Add Vegetables:

    • Toss in broccoli and cook until tender-crisp (about 3–4 minutes).

  4. Mix Everything:

    • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.

    • Pour in teriyaki sauce and toss well to coat.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
