🍑 Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Bliss 🍰
Creamy cheesecake meets warm cinnamon-spiced peaches, finished with a buttery cobbler crumble 🤍
One bite = pure dessert heaven!


🛒 INGREDIENTS

🧈 Biscuit Base

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup melted butter


🧀 Cheesecake Filling

• 600 g cream cheese (room temperature)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 packet vanilla extract
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour


🍑 Peach Filling

• 3–4 medium peaches, sliced
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp lemon juice


🥧 Cobbler Crumb Topping

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 75 g cold butter, cubed


👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Biscuit Base

• Mix crumbs, sugar & butter
• Press into a springform pan
• Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes
• Let cool completely


2️⃣ Peach Filling

• Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
• Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
• Remove once thickened & allow to cool


3️⃣ Cheesecake Filling

• Beat cream cheese until smooth
• Add sugar
• Mix in eggs one at a time
• Add vanilla, cream & flour
• Beat just until creamy


4️⃣ Crumb Topping

• Mix flour, brown sugar & cinnamon
• Rub in cold butter with fingertips
• Texture should be crumbly & sandy


5️⃣ Assembly

• Pour cheesecake batter over the base
• Spread peach filling evenly
• Sprinkle cobbler crumbs on top


6️⃣ Baking

• Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 55–60 minutes
• Center should jiggle slightly
• Turn oven off, leave door slightly open
• Cool gradually, then refrigerate 4+ hours

✔️ Cool slowly to avoid cracks
✔️ Canned peaches work perfectly too
✔️ Add a pinch of nutmeg for deeper flavor
✔️ Best texture after resting overnight
