85 ml oil (1/3 cup)

150 ml milk (2/3 cup)

210 g flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)

10 g baking powder (1 tbsp)

Add the flour in two parts

2 apples 🍎

Baking pan 27×18 cm

Line the baking pan with parchment paper

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add oil and milk, then mix well.

Add flour in two parts together with baking powder and mix until smooth.

Prepare the baking pan (27×18 cm) and line it with parchment paper.

Pour the batter into the pan.
