🍰 No-Bake Cheesecake

Creamy, smooth, and effortlessly delicious — no oven needed!


🧾 Ingredients

🥧 Crust

• 2 cups (200g) digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
• ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

🍶 Filling

• 2 cups (500g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled
• ¾ cup (90g) powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for a slight tang)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

• Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
• Mix with melted butter until combined.
• Press firmly into a springform pan to form an even base.
• Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.


2️⃣ Make the Filling

• Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
• Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice — mix well.
• In a separate chilled bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
• Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture until light and fluffy.


3️⃣ Assemble

• Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
• Smooth the top with a spatula.
• Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
