(1 cup = 250 ml)

1 cup sugar

A pinch of salt

A little vanilla

1 cup oil

1 cup milk

2 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp pistachio powder 💚

🧑🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C 🔥

Grease a 24 cm baking pan with butter, then lightly dust with flour

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy
