I show you the softest 7-spoon cake that is ready in just 5 minutes and always turns out perfect! 💛

🥄 Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 2 eggs 🥚🥚

  • 7 tablespoons sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • Some vanilla

  • 7 tablespoons oil

  • 7 tablespoons milk

  • 7 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Add the flour in two parts

  • Put 1/3 of the batter into a bowl

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • Baking dish 22 × 12 cm

  • Cover the baking dish with baking paper

  • Pistachio powder

  • Chocolate chips 🍫

  • Chocolate sauce


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Add oil and milk, then mix well.

  3. Add flour in two parts along with baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Divide 1/3 of the batter into another bowl.

  5. Add cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons milk to this part and mix well.

  6. Prepare the baking dish (22 × 12 cm) and line it with baking paper.

  7. Pour the plain batter first, then add the cocoa mixture on top (or swirl if desired).

  8. Sprinkle with pistachio powder and chocolate chips.

🔥 Bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes.
