Ingredients:
โ 155 g sugar
โ 2 packets of vanilla sugar
โ 250 g butter
โ Pinch of salt
โ 250 g flour
โ 2 packets of vanilla pudding
โ 3 eggs
โ 155 ml of milk
โ 3 large apples
โ 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation:
1. **Preparation**: Preheat the oven to 180-190ยฐC. Grease a round cake tin with a little butter.
2. **Preparation of the dough**: Beat the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar and a little salt until foamy. Then add the eggs one by one and mix well.
3. **Adding the flour and pudding**: Add the flour, baking powder and pudding powder, mix well, then gradually add the milk and mix well.
4. **Preparing the apples**: Wash, peel and remove the seeds from the apples, then cut them into pieces as desired.
5. **Mixing the apples and dough**: Carefully fold the chopped apples into the prepared dough.
6. **Baking**: Transfer the mixture to the prepared mold and bake on the middle level of the oven for 40-50 minutes.
