1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 1/4 cups (250 g) granulated sugar

1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil

50 ml fresh orange juice 🍊

Zest of 1 orange (optional but recommended 😉)

2 1/4 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a round baking pan.

In a blender, add eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice, vanilla, and vinegar. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
