👩🍳 Banane ka Tarika (Step by Step)

Oven preheat karein
Oven ko 170–180°C par preheat kar lein.
Loaf pan ko butter ya oil laga kar halka sa maida dust kar lein (ya butter paper laga dein). -
Butter aur sugar cream karein
Ek bari bowl mein butter aur cheeni daal kar beater ya whisk se tab tak mix karein jab tak mixture light, pale aur fluffy na ho jaye.
(Yeh step cake ko soft banata hai.) -
Eggs add karein
Ab anday ek ek karke add karein.
Har egg ke baad achhi tarah mix karein.
Phir vanilla essence daal dein. -
Dry ingredients mix karein
Alag bowl mein maida, baking powder aur namak chhaan (sieve) kar mix karein. -
Dry + Wet combine karein
Dry mixture ko butter mixture mein 2–3 parts mein add karein.
Saath saath doodh thora thora daalte jaayen.
Halkay haath se fold karein.⚠️ Zyada mix mat karein, warna cake hard ho jata hai.

Pan mein batter daalein
Batter ko loaf pan mein daal kar upar se halka sa smooth kar dein. -
Bake karein
Preheated oven mein 45–55 minutes bake karein.
40 min ke baad toothpick test karein. -
Check karein
Toothpick agar clean nikle to cake ready hai. -
Cool hone dein
Cake ko 10–15 min pan mein rehne dein, phir nikaal kar wire rack par completely thanda hone dein.
