🧾 Ingredients for Soft Strawberry Yogurt Cake

(1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 3 eggs 🥚
  • 180 g sugar (1 cup)
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little vanilla
  • 130 ml oil (3/5 cup)
  • 150 g yogurt (2/3 cup)
  • 270 g flour (1⅔ cups)
  • 15 g baking powder (1 tbsp)

🍓 For Topping & Filling:

  • 100 g yogurt (about 5 tbsp)
  • Strawberry jam
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

👩‍🍳 How to Make This 5-Minute Cake

1. Beat Eggs & Sugar

In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and slightly fluffy.

2. Add Wet Ingredients

Mix in oil and yogurt until smooth and creamy.

3. Add Dry Ingredients

Sift in flour and baking powder.
