Classic Chocolate Layer Cake
Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tsp baking soda
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup hot water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8-inch cake pans.
2. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and sugars.
3. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Stir in hot water until batter is smooth.
5. Pour into pans and bake 30–35 minutes.
6. Cool completely and frost as desired.
2) Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
• ½ cup dark chocolate
• ¼ cup butter
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup flour
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins.
2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
3. Whisk eggs and sugar until light.
4. Combine with melted chocolate.
5. Fold in flour, salt, and vanilla.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes (center should be soft).
7. Serve immediately.
3) Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake tray.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Fill liners ¾ full.
5. Bake 18–20 minutes.
6. Cool and frost.
4) Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
• 2 cups cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup melted chocolate
• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ cups crushed biscuits
• ⅓ cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into pan.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Mix in melted chocolate, sour cream, and vanilla.
5. Pour over crust.
6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–55 minutes.
7. Chill 4 hours before serving.
5) Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ⅔ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Melt butter and mix with sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
5. Pour into greased pan.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes.

Ingredients
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 200g dark chocolate

Instructions

4. Whip cream and fold gently.

Ingredients
• 8 oz dark chocolate
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• Cocoa powder (for coating)
Instructions
1. Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Add butter and mix.
4. Chill until firm.
5. Shape and coat with cocoa powder.
Chocolate Swiss Roll
Ingredients
• ¾ cup flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
2. Fold in sifted flour and cocoa.
3. Spread in lined tray.
4. Bake 10–12 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
5. Roll while warm with filling.
9) Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
• 1¼ cups crushed biscuits
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• 200g dark chocolate
• 1 cup cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
1. Mix biscuits and butter, press into tart pan.
2. Heat cream and sugar.
3. Pour over chocolate and stir smooth.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Chill 2–3 hours before serving.
