🍫🔥 Hot Fudge Brownie Bread 🔥🍫

Rich, fudgy, and loaded with melty chocolate — this brownie bread is pure indulgence in every slice! Perfect for dessert or a sweet treat anytime 😍


🧾 Ingredients

For the brownie bread:
• 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
• ½ cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¾ cup (150g) sugar
• ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup (120ml) melted butter or vegetable oil
• ¼ cup (60ml) milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

For the hot fudge topping:
• ½ cup (90g) dark chocolate chips
• ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream or milk
• 1 tbsp butter


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter (or oil), milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients — don’t overmix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 40–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not dry!).

🍯 Hot Fudge Topping

• Heat cream and butter until hot (not boiling).
• Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth and glossy.
• Drizzle generously over the warm brownie bread.
