🍰 Vanilla Swirl Bundt Cake

Soft, buttery, and beautifully marbled — this cake is as delicious as it looks ✨


🛒 Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 250g butter (softened)
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Swirl:

  • 2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Pan
Grease your Bundt pan really well (this is key!)
Lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking

2. Make the Batter

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each
  • Stir in vanilla extract
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk

3. Create the Swirl
Take about 1 cup of the batter and mix it with cocoa powder, milk, and sugar

4. Layer & Swirl

  • Pour half of the plain batter into the pan
  • Add chocolate batter in random spots
  • Cover with remaining plain batter
  • Gently swirl with a knife or skewer (don’t overmix!)

5. Bake
Bake at 170–180°C for 45–55 minutes
✔️ Toothpick comes out clean = done

6. Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes
Turn out onto a rack and cool completely


✨ Optional Glaze (Highly Recommended!)
Mix powdered sugar + a little milk + vanilla
Drizzle over the cake for that perfect bakery-style finish 🤍
