Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1½ cups milk
• 3 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat.
5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with syrup, honey, fruit, or butter.
