📝 Ingredients
For the Dough
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup warm milk (not hot)
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 egg
For the Garlic Butter
• 3 tbsp butter (melted)
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
• Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Dough
• In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar & salt.
• Add warm milk, melted butter & egg.
• Mix until a soft dough forms.
2. Knead
• Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth & elastic
(or 5 minutes using a mixer)
3. First Rise ⏱️
• Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour
• Dough should double in size
4. Shape the Rolls
• Punch down dough
• Divide into 12–15 equal pieces
• Roll into smooth balls & place in a greased pan
5. Second Rise
• Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes until puffy
6. Bake
• Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 minutes
• Until golden brown on top ✨
7. Garlic Butter Finish 🧄
• Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley & salt
• Brush generously over warm rolls for maximum flavor 🤤
