- Whip the base
- Beat eggs, salt, and vanilla until slightly fluffy.
- Add milk, oil, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add in two parts, mixing gently each time until smooth.
- Prepare the pan
- Use a 27 × 18 cm baking dish.
- Line it with parchment paper.
- Assemble
- Pour batter into the dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and sliced almonds on top.
- Bake
- Bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick—it should come out clean.
