• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp red food coloring (gel or liquid)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with buttermilk.
Mix gently until just combined — avoid overmixing. - Stir in the vinegar and red food coloring until the batter is evenly tinted.
- ✨ Create the marble effect:
• Set aside a small portion of the batter (leave it plain/light).
• Pour the red batter into the loaf pan, then add the plain batter.
• Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled look. - Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing for clean, beautiful swirls.
💡 Tip: Don’t over-swirl — a few gentle turns will give you that perfect marble pattern!
