🧾 INGREDIENTS
(For best results, use grams. If using cups, spoon & level the flour.)

🧈 200 g unsalted butter, softened (¾ cup + 2 tbsp)

🍬 50 g brown sugar (¼ cup)

🍚 100 g granulated sugar (½ cup)

🥚 2 large eggs (100 g)

🌼 2 tsp vanilla extract

🌾 320 g all-purpose flour (2½ cups)

🧂 2 g salt (½ tsp)

✨ 6 g baking powder (1½ tsp)

🌽 3 g cornstarch (1 tsp)

⚪ 1 g baking soda (¼ tsp)

🍫 250 g semi-sweet chocolate chips (1½ cups)

🤍 50 g white chocolate chunks (⅓ cup)

🌈 100 g Smarties or M&Ms (½ cup)

🍪 50 g chopped Oreo (½ cup)

🎉 25 g sprinkles (2 tbsp)
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Cream butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar until smooth.
2️⃣ Add eggs & vanilla; mix until combined.
3️⃣ Add flour, salt, baking powder, cornstarch & baking soda; mix into a thick dough.
4️⃣ Fold in all mix-ins evenly.
5️⃣ Divide into 8 portions (~157 g each). With toppings, each cookie ≈ 170 g.
6️⃣ Roll into balls and lightly press ridges with your fingers.
7️⃣ Freeze 15–20 minutes. (Bake 6 per tray; 2 separately.)
8️⃣ Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 14 minutes 🔥
9️⃣ Use a cookie ring to round edges right after baking.
🔟 Add extra toppings while warm (optional but recommended 😉)
