📝 Ingredients
🌾 85 g rolled oats
🍎 2 medium apples
💧 80 ml hot water
🍌 1 ripe banana
🥚 2 eggs
🥄 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
🥄 3/4 tsp baking powder
🌿 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
🍒 50 g dried cranberries
🍇 50 g raisins
🌰 40 g nuts (walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts)
🍯 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
🧂 A pinch of salt
👩🍳 Simple Preparation
1️⃣ Pour hot water over the oats and let them soften for a few minutes.
2️⃣ Mash the banana and grate the apples.
3️⃣ Add eggs, yogurt, cinnamon, baking powder, honey, and salt.
4️⃣ Mix in the cranberries, raisins, and softened oats.
5️⃣ Pour the batter into a baking pan and sprinkle nuts on top.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
