🥄 Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)

Some vanilla

7 tablespoons oil

7 tablespoons milk

7 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

Add the flour in two parts

Put 1/3 of the batter into a bowl

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons milk

Baking dish 22 × 12 cm

Cover the baking dish with baking paper

Pistachio powder

Chocolate chips 🍫

In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.

Add oil and milk, then mix well.

Add flour in two parts along with baking powder and mix until combined.

Divide 1/3 of the batter into another bowl.

Add cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons milk to this part and mix well.

Prepare the baking dish (22 × 12 cm) and line it with baking paper.

Pour the plain batter first, then add the cocoa mixture on top (or swirl if desired).

Sprinkle with pistachio powder and chocolate chips.
🔥 Bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes.
