🥄 Ingredients

(1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚

  • 1 cup sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A little vanilla

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp pistachio powder 💚

  • White chocolate pieces 🤍


🧑‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C 🔥

  2. Grease a 24 cm baking pan with butter, then lightly dust with flour

  3. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy

  4. Add oil and milk, mix well

  5. Gradually add flour + baking powder (in two parts)

  6. Fold in pistachio powder and white chocolate pieces

  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan

👉 Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and perfectly soft
