🍫 Chocolate Ganache Loaf Cake 🍫

🧾 Ingredients
For the Chocolate Loaf:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (50 g) brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (180 ml) milk or buttermilk
- ½ cup (120 ml) hot water or hot coffee
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup (180 g) dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
- ½ cup (120 ml) whipping cream
Optional Topping:
- Chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, oil, and both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients with milk in batches. Mix gently.
- Stir in hot water or coffee until smooth (batter will be slightly runny).
- Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.

8. Heat cream until steaming (not boiling).
9. Pour over chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth and glossy.
