🧾 Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil

  • 1 cup (226 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3½ cups (420 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch pan or two 8-inch round pans.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:

3. Cream Butter & Sugar
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light, pale, and fluffy.
