• Grease & line a loaf pan with parchment paper
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
• Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt
3. Cream Butter & Sugar
• Beat until light, fluffy, and pale
4. Add Eggs
• Add one at a time, beating well after each addition
5. Add Flavor
• Mix in vanilla extract
6. Combine
• Add dry ingredients gradually
• Alternate with milk
• Mix until smooth (don’t overmix!)
7. Add Chocolate Chips 🍫
• Fold in gently
8. Bake
• Pour into loaf pan
• Bake 50–60 minutes
• Toothpick should come out clean

Mix:
• ½ cup melted chocolate
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp butter
