🍞 Ingredients

Dough:
β€’ 2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
β€’ ΒΌ cup sugar
β€’ 1 tsp salt
β€’ 1 tbsp instant yeast
β€’ 1 egg
β€’ ΒΎ cup warm milk
β€’ ΒΌ cup butter (softened)

Filling:
β€’ Β½ cup butter (softened)
β€’ Β½ cup sugar
β€’ 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or quickmelt)

Coating:
β€’ Β½ cup breadcrumbs
β€’ 2–3 tbsp sugar

1️⃣ Make the dough
Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar. Add flour, remaining sugar, salt, egg, and butter.

3️⃣ Shape & fill
Divide the dough, flatten, spread butter + sugar, add cheese, then roll into logs.

4️⃣ Coat & bake
