- 2–3 tbsp (30–45ml) milk (as needed)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two or three round cake pans. - Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the egg, milk, oil, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and slightly runny. - Bake the Cake Layers
