- Powdered sugar – 1 cup (120g)
- Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
- Milk – 1 tbsp
👩🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add egg yolks and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together. Fold into the mixture to form a soft dough.
4️⃣ Chill dough for 30 minutes.
5️⃣ Roll out to ¼-inch thickness and cut into round shapes.
6️⃣ Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes.
