- 1 egg 🥚
- 7 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A little vanilla
- 7 tbsp oil
- 7 tbsp milk
- 7 tbsp yogurt
- 7 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Topping:
- Sesame seeds
- Lotus cream (spread)
Baking dish: 27 Ă— 18 cm

- Preheat your oven to 175°C (347°F).
- In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oil, milk, and yogurt. Mix well until combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 27 Ă— 18 cm baking dish.
- Spoon small dollops of Lotus cream over the top and lightly swirl if desired.
- Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
