1. Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

2. Make the Batter

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add melted butter and mix well.
  • Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until fully combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gently fold until just combined (do not overmix).

3. Prepare Chocolate Batter

  • Divide the batter into two equal portions.
  • In one portion, mix cocoa powder and milk.
  • Stir until smooth and evenly combined.

4. Create Marble Effect

  • Pour vanilla batter into the loaf pan.
  • Add chocolate batter on top or alternate layers.
  • Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters.

5. Bake

  • Bake for 50–60 minutes.
