🧁 Ingredients

✨ Dry Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1½ cups sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

✨ Wet Ingredients
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
• 1 cup hot coffee or hot water
(enhances the chocolate flavor!)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ cup chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Grease a Bundt pan generously with butter or baking spray, then lightly dust with flour.

2️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

3️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together:
• flour
• cocoa powder
• sugar
• baking powder
• baking soda
• salt

4️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk:
• eggs
• milk
• oil or melted butter
• vanilla extract

5️⃣ Combine Everything
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Slowly add hot coffee or hot water and mix gently.
✨ The batter will be thin — totally normal!

Fold in chocolate chips if using.

6️⃣ Bake
Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.

Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7️⃣ Cool
Let cake cool for 15–20 minutes before carefully turning it onto a wire rack.

Mix together:
• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 3–4 tbsp milk
