🍌🍫 Super Moist Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

📝 Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup butter, melted (115g)
• ¾ cup sugar (150g)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1½ cups very ripe mashed bananas (about 3–4 bananas / 300g)
• ½ cup sour cream or yogurt (120g)
• ¾ cup chocolate chips (130g)

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and grease a loaf pan.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
4️⃣ Combine
Stir in mashed bananas and sour cream until fully blended.
5️⃣ Bring It Together
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
