✨ Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe ✨
Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet — a classic cake for any occasion!
🧂 Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
(or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice)

- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately:
dry → milk → dry → milk → dry
Mix until just combined — do not overmix. - Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
