Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe
Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet — a classic cake for any occasion!


🧂 Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
    (or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately:
    dry → milk → dry → milk → dry
    Mix until just combined — do not overmix.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
