🍫 Super Moist Chocolate Cake 🍫

🧾 Ingredients
🥣 Dry Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 1½ cups cocoa powder (dark/alkalized for deeper flavor)
• 3 tsp baking soda
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tsp salt
🥛 Wet Ingredients
• 1½ cups vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs (room temperature)
• 1½ cups buttermilk (or milk + 1½ tbsp vinegar)
• 1½ cups hot coffee or hot water
• 3 tsp vanilla extract
👩🏽🍳 Method
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F
2️⃣ Grease and line three 8-inch cake pans
3️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients
4️⃣ Add oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla
5️⃣ Mix until smooth (don’t overmix!)
6️⃣ Slowly pour in the hot coffee/water while mixing
✨ Batter will be thin — that’s the secret to that ultra-moist texture 😉
7️⃣ Divide batter evenly into the pans
8️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes

9️⃣ Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn out and cool completely
