White Velvet Cake

Ingredients
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt

Steps
1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add egg whites and vanilla.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt separately.
4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
5. Pour into greased pans.
6. Bake at 175°C for 30–40 mins.

White Frosting

Ingredients
• 1 cup butter
• 3–4 cups powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt

Steps
1. Beat butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar.
3. Add milk, vanilla, and salt.
4. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
