🧂 Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour (360 g)
• 1 tsp salt (5 g)
• ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
Wet Ingredients
• 1 cup warm milk (240 ml)
• ¼ cup melted butter (57 g)
• 1 large egg
Yeast
• 1 tbsp instant yeast (9 g)
For Brushing
• 2 tbsp melted butter (28 g)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Dough
• Mix warm milk, sugar & yeast → let sit 2 minutes.
• Add melted butter & egg → whisk well.
• Add flour & salt → mix into a soft dough.
• Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth & stretchy.
2. First Rise (Quick ⏱️)
• Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes until puffy.
3. Shape the Rolls
• Divide into 12–15 equal pieces.
• Roll into smooth balls.
• Place on a greased or lined tray.
4. Second Rise
• Cover and let rise 15–20 minutes.
5. Bake
• Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
• Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
6. Finish
• Brush with melted butter while hot for that soft, shiny top ✨
