  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 90 ml oil
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g berry jam

  8. Cover with the remaining batter and gently smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
