🧾 Ingredients

(1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
  • A little vanilla
  • 120 ml oil (1/2 cup)
  • 240 ml milk (1 cup)
  • 330 g flour (2⅓ cups)
  • 15 g baking powder

🍫 For the Chocolate Layer

  • 20 g dark cocoa powder (3 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp milk

✨ Separate 1/3 of the batter to mix with the cocoa powder and milk.

👩‍🍳 Easy Step-by-Step Recipe

1️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vanilla

Mix until light and slightly fluffy.

Add:

  • Oil
  • Milk

Stir until smooth.

2️⃣ Add the Dry Ingredients
