200 g bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
70 g whole wheat flour
10 g milk powder
180 ml warm milk
5 g instant yeast
15 g sugar
4 g salt
20 g melted butter
1 egg
Egg Wash
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add the egg, melted butter, and milk powder.
Gradually add the flours and salt.
Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
