 Blender Carrot Cake

A soft and simple carrot cake made easily in the blender — moist, flavorful, and perfect for everyday baking ✨


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

1. Blend the Wet Ingredients

Add the carrots, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the Dry Ingredients

Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend briefly on low speed or mix gently by hand until just combined.

3. Bake

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 170°C for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Cool & Serve

Allow the cake to cool before frosting or slicing.
