🎉 Funfetti Cake

A soft, fluffy vanilla cake filled with colorful sprinkles — fun, cheerful, and perfect for birthdays or celebrations ✨


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter or oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Method

1. Cream the Butter & Sugar

Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2. Add Eggs & Vanilla

Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.

3. Add Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the batter alternately with the milk, mixing gently until smooth.

4. Fold in the Sprinkles

Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles without overmixing.

5. Bake

Pour the batter into greased cake pans and bake at 170°C for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Cool & Decorate

Let the cake cool completely before frosting with vanilla buttercream. Finish with extra sprinkles on top 🎉
