Ingredients
Dough
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Cold water
Filling
• Cooked shredded chicken
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
• Garlic powder
• Black pepper
• Parsley
Topping
• Egg wash
• Melted butter
• Parmesan cheese
• Chopped parsley
Method
1. Mix flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add cold water to form dough. Chill for 20 minutes.
2. Mix chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley.
3. Roll dough and cut circles.
4. Add filling to one side, fold over, and seal edges with fork.
5. Brush with egg wash.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan and parsley.
