✅ Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 7 tbsp oil
  • 7 tbsp yogurt
  • 7 tbsp milk
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Optional topping:

  • Honey
  • Coconut flakes

🍰 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (347°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and smooth.
  3. Add oil, yogurt, and milk. Mix well until combined.

  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 25×13 cm baking dish.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
