🧾 Ingredients
🧁 Cupcakes:
- 1¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (4g) baking powder
- ½ tsp (3g) baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 100g)
🤍 Oreo Cream Frosting:
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
- ½ cup (115g) cream cheese (softened)
- 1½ cups (180g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed Oreo cookies (60g)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
- Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually fold into the wet mixture, alternating with milk
3️⃣ Add Oreo Crunch
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently
4️⃣ Bake
- Fill lined cupcake tins ¾ full
- Bake at 170°C for 18–22 minutes
- Check with a skewer—it should come out clean
- Cool completely before frosting
