🍋 Grandma’s 5-Minute Lemon Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little vanilla
  • Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
  • Juice of 1 lemon
