🍫🧁 Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes 🧁🍫

Soft, moist, and rich chocolate cupcakes—no eggs needed! Perfect for any occasion or just a sweet craving 😍

🧁 Ingredients (Makes 12 cupcakes)

Dry Ingredients:
• 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
• ½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¾ cup (150g) sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:
• 1 cup (240ml) warm water (or milk for a richer taste)
• ⅓ cup (80ml) vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with liners.

2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
Sift flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to remove lumps.

3️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.

4️⃣ Combine
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until smooth. Don’t overmix!

5️⃣ Fill & bake
Fill liners about ⅔ full and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6️⃣ Cool
Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

🍫 Simple Chocolate Frosting

• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 1 ½ cups icing sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

👉 Beat everything together until smooth and fluffy, then pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
