👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together:
- Eggs
- Salt
- Vanilla
- Sugar
Beat until light and creamy.
Add:
- Melted butter
- Milk
Mix well.
2️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Add:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Lemon zest
- Lemon juice
Mix until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
