- ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Prepare Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Stir in mashed bananas and milk until combined.
